SUCCESS PROJECT: MARTHINUS JOHANNES LOTTERING, ALIAS HANNES LOTTERING ARRESTED
WARRANT OF ARREST:
SECTION 11(1)(a) of the Protection of Harassment Act, 2011 (Act No 17 of 2011)

THE ARREST:
An anonymous informant provided crucial intelligence to the Specialised Security Services (SSS) task team regarding the whereabouts of Mr. Lottering.
Acting on this tip-off, the SSS task team immediately relayed the information to the investigating officers from SAPS Wierdabrug to facilitate a coordinated response.
The SAPS Wierdabrug officers swiftly mobilized and proceeded to Meyerton, where Mr. Lottering was at a construction site.
Upon confirming his identity, the officers successfully apprehended Mr. Lottering.
Following his arrest, he was securely transported to Wierdabrug SAPS, where he is detained pending further legal proceedings.
Specialised Security Services (SSS) is committed to ensuring that the public fully understands the severity and impact of
Mr. Lottering’s crimes, as well as the methods of intimidation and threats he employed. His actions have caused significant harm, and it is crucial to shed light on the extent of his criminal activities.
However, SSS prioritises the safety, anonymity, and confidentiality of our informants, victims, and collaborators.
In line with our strict ethical standards, we will not disclose sensitive details that could compromise their security.
A follow-up project will be released soon, providing further insights into this case while maintaining
discretion and professionalism. Our mission remains to expose criminal activity while safeguarding those
who assist in the pursuit of justice.
This swift and coordinated effort highlights the effectiveness of collaboration between law enforcement agencies,
the SSS Task Team and community informants in ensuring justice is served.
